FAQ

How do I contact you?

The best way for new and prospective patients to get in touch is to schedule a free intro call.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance, but I am able to accept HSA/FSA cards. I can also provide you with a superbill that you can send to insurance yourself. However, I cannot guarantee that insurance will reimburse you. Please discuss requirements with your insurance provider for specifics.

Do you do couples or family counseling?

Currently I only work with individuals age 16 and up. While I may allow a partner or family to join for the occasional collateral session at the client’s discretion, please look elsewhere if you are seeking a family or couples therapist.

How long will it take for me to feel better?

This always depends on your specific case and history. The longer you have experienced your symptoms, the longer healing will take. When you come for your initial visit, I will be able to provide a clearer estimate. Keep in mind that nothing is certain, and the healing process is often more complicated than we want it to be - and sometimes we see results right away!

Do you work with other doctors?

Of course! I'm happy to collaborate with your medical team to ensure that you have the best care possible.

Do you have a "No Show" or "Late Cancel" fee?

Yes. Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged the full rate regardless of service type. More details will be included in your new patient paperwork.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All patients must schedule in advance.

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies by treatment type. For specific details, see the scheduling page.

Do you offer video consultations?

Yes! I now include counseling and consulting services over video. See the scheduling page for more details.
